Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your account email — captured when you sign in with Google.
• Scheduled tasks you create (name, instructions, schedule, tool selections).
• Your chat messages, and the transcript of every run — what the assistant did, when, and any errors.
• Work data you save in the app: projects, companies, and contacts.

What we do NOT collect

• Your email content beyond what a task transiently reads at run time. We do not bulk-index or archive your inbox.
• Your files. Drive is the destination for anything the assistant saves — we keep no copies of those. Chat uploads are retained so your past conversations can keep referring to them; contact us to have an upload deleted.
• Your OAuth tokens. Connecting a service does not put its credentials in our database. The authorization is held by the integration provider that brokers the connection, and we ask it to act for you. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Connections, which is what ends that authorization.

The early access form

If you ask for early access at /get-started, the form collects your name, your work email, your company website and your phone number (those last two are optional), which of the listed descriptions fits your business, and what is taking the most of your time right now. Pick Other on either question and the words you type there are stored with it. Saved alongside the answers: the time you submitted, your browser user agent, and the page you came from, which is how a real signup is told apart from a burst of junk.

We use it to evaluate the request, to contact you about early access, and to recognize you as an applicant when you first sign in. Nothing else: it is not added to a marketing list and it is not sold. Email us at support@woolixai.com to have your submission deleted.

Where data is stored

Application data lives in a managed PostgreSQL database in the United States (US-East). The application runtime is hosted in the same region.

Third parties

• An AI model provider, for AI inference. Your prompts and task context are sent to their API.
• An integration gateway, which is how we reach the integrations you connect (Gmail, Google Drive). The authorization is held there, and every request we make on your behalf passes through it.
• Infrastructure and transactional email providers, for hosting, the database, and the notification email an early access request sends us.

We will name our current providers on request.

How to delete your data

Email us at support@woolixai.com and we will purge your account and all associated rows within 7 days. You may also disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Connections.
